The treatmentgroup give wen shen qu yu decoction, The control group by stasis capsule oral lowerabdomen. All began taking in the week before. Both groups to3months for a period oftreatment，Altogether2a course. Observed before and after treatment, signs and symptomsof each index detection improved。Results: The clinical observation, After treatment the overall efficacy of the treatmentgroup in the patients with hypomenorrhea, Chinese medicine symptom improvement,endocrine hormone E2, FSH level and improve endometrium, were better than the controlgroup (P<0.05), Endocrine hormone, LH, T, P no difference between the before and aftertreatment (P>0.05), And during the course of treatment did not produce adverse reactions。Conclusions: Wen shen qu yu Decoction can obviously improve hypomenorrheakidney deficiency blood stasis syndrome in patients with clinical symptoms, increasedmenstrual quantity, has the long-term therapeutic effect. |
