Clinical Observation Of Bu Shen Huo Xue Qu Yu Decoction In The Treatment Of Kidney Deficiency And Blood Stasis Type Of Hypomenorrhea

Objective:To observe and investigate the curative effect of bu shen huo xue qu yu Decoction in treating Kidney deficiency and blood stasis type oligomenorrhea.Method:60 patients diagnosed with kidney deficiency and blood stasis type hypomenorrhea patients were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group(30 cases)took bu shen huo xue qu yu decoction,the control group(30 cases)took Safflower wishful pill,who both began taking in the week before hypomenorrhea and lasted 14 days, one menstrual cycle for a period of treatment, Observed monitor patients’ symptoms, signs and the change of each index before and after treatment for three procedures.Result:after treatment,estradiol(E2), follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH), endometrial thickness, the overall efficacy score of treatment group were better than that of control group(P<0.05), and difference of prolactin(PRL), progesterone(P) was not significant(P>0.05), and the two groups had no adverse reactions in the process of treatment.Conclusion:Nourishing kidney essence, promoting blood circulation to remove blood stasis is the principle of treatment in kidney and blood stasis type of oligomenorrhea, bu shen huo xue qu yu decoction can obviously improve the clinical symptoms of these patients, and endometrial thickness and menstrual quantity will increase.
