Objective:To observe the therapeutical effect of Zishen Angan Decoction (ZSAGD)onPMS and explore its mechanism.Menthod:60patients were divided into two groupsatrandom:the test group (30cases,treated with ZSAGD) and the control group(30cases,treated with Fufangdifu oral liquid).Before and after the treatment, improvementof theclinical symptoms,changes of FSH, LH,E2and differences between two groups wereobserved.Result:The clinical effective rate is96.67%in the testgroup, it is76.67%in thecontrol group.After the treatment,the scores of Kupperman is loweredsignificantly(P<0.01).The FSH and LH is lowered,the E2is raisedsigsignificantly(P<0.05).Except of LH,there are significant differences on all observedindexes between two groups after the treatment. Conclusion: The Zishen Angan Decoctionhas extremely precise therapeutical effect on Yin-deficiency of both the Liver and Kidney...
