Clinical Observation Of Acupuncture Combined With Phlegm Treatment Of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

Background:Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is a kind of complex causes and clinical manifestations of polymorphism of serious female endocrine disorders and disease, its incidence rate is as high as5%～21%, accounting for50%～70%of anovulatory infertility. Seriously affected the women’s quality of life, and bring to patients with individuals and their families a heavy mental and economic burden. For now, there are no special effects for the clinical treatment, so the PCOS has become a gynecology, endocrinology and related research in the field of hot and difficult.Objective:The purpose of this paper is to through clinical research, observation and evaluation of acupuncture combined with kidney and phlegm and simple application of kidney and phlegm treatment of kidney deficiency type PCOS, and compare the two methods of treatment have differences in clinical efficacy.Methods:The clinical research method, through the study of randomized controlled in clinical diagnosis and treatment in the process of selecting60cases of object eligible for study. Randomly divided into two groups:combination of acupuncture with medicine group (treatment group)30cases, pure Chinese medicine group (control group)30cases, observe and compare the two groups of PCOS patients, hormone levels, ovulation and pregnancy, menstruation to record the data for statistical processing and evaluation of clinical therapeutic effects of two kinds of treatments for PCOS.Results:(1) Clinical efficacy:treatment group:to cure6patients, accounted for20.00%, effective in22cases, accounting for73.33%, and ineffective in2cases,28cases total effective, total effective rate was93.33%; Control group:healing in2cases, accounted for6.67%, effective19cases, accounted for63.33%, invalid9cases, total21cases effective, total effective rate70.00%.(2)The ovulation rate:two groups of patients with PCOS after treatment of ovulation rate was statistically significant, P<0.05, and the ovulation rate of treatment group was obviously superior to the control group. (3)Endocrine hormone levels:LH compared before and after treatment of the control group (P<0.05), treatment group LH between before and after treatment P<0.01, the comparison between group, P<0.05; T before and after treatment compared the control group (P<0.05), treatment group T between before and after treatment (P<0.01), the comparison between group, P<0.05; FSH before and after treatment and compared between groups have no statistical significance (P>0.05).(4) Menstruation, menstruation score before and after treatment compared the control group (P<0.05), the treatment group menstrual score before and after treatment comparison (P<0.01), all have obvious statistical significance. Comparison between groups (P>0.05), no obvious statistical significance.Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with kidney and phlegm of treatment of patients with PCOS can effectively reduce the hormone levels, the total effective rate is better than that of pure Chinese medicine group, the treatment group can not only reduce the patient’s hormone levels, and can comprehensively improve the patient’s clinical symptoms, improve patient ovulation and pregnancy rate. Acupuncture combined with kidney and phlegm is an effective clinical treatment method of treatment of PCOS, worthy of promotion and further study.
