| With the coming of knowledge economy, the tacit knowledge of traditional Chinese medical hospital acting as a kind of immaterial knowledge resources plays a very important role in the development of traditional Chinese medical hospital, such as work experience,teamwork, hospital culture and so on. As the tacit knowledge is not easily imitated by competitors, it has become an important source of the core competitiveness of the traditional Chinese medicine hospital which compared to the explicit knowledge. Therefore, the research on evaluation index system of tacit knowledge not only has an important academic value for deepening the theory of hospital management, but also has important theoretical and practical significance on giving full play to the function of tacit knowledge, promoting tacit knowledge to create and maintaining competitive advantage.Firstly, the basic theory of tacit knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine hospital is constructed, and the characteristics of tacit knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine hospital are defined.Secondly, the internal level of tacit knowledge is analyzed and the flow pattern of tacit knowledge in structure is elaborated. Using a questionnaire, it constructed the dimensional model of tacit knowledge by selecting and testing the relevant factors of the tacit knowledge. According to the analysis, the paper established the evaluation index system of the tacit knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine hospital.Finally, according to the characteristics of tacit knowledge assessment, the evaluation model of tacit knowledge is established, which introduces fuzzy analytic hierarchy process to determine weights and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. Also the evaluation indications of a traditional Chinese medicine hospital in Jiangsu are verified, the indicators of the model are feasible. |
