The Clinical Research On Therapeutic Effect Of ZhuYu Particles In Treating Atrial Fibrillation Of The Qi And Yin Difficiency、Phlegm And Blood Stasis Blockage Type

Research Objective:This research studies the atrial fibrillation patient of the Qi and Yin deficiency、Phlegm and blood stasis blockage type. By observing their clinical symptoms such as palpitations, chest tightness, dizziness, shortness of breath, fatigue, spontaneous perspiration and night sweat, poor appetite and anorexia, vexation and poor sleep, tongue and pulse manifestation before and after treatment with ZhuYu particles combined with western medicine, we try to evaluate the efficacy of ZhuYu particles.Research Method:In the study,52patients that all accorded the diagnosis standard were randomly divided into two groups. They were all treated outpatient or ward in Jiangsu Province Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February to December2012. The research group had26patients and so with the controlled group. The two groups were no significant difference in sex, age and severity of syndrome (P>0.05), and had comparability. The research group was treated with conventional western medicine and ZhuYu particles. The controlled group was treated with conventional western medicine only. The Chinese medicine decoction should be taken twice a day by morning and evening. Both groups were treated with the course of30days. By comparing the points of primary symptoms, secondary symptoms and improvement of TCM syndromes before and after treatment, we try to evaluate the efficacy of two treatment regimens.Results:We observed a total number of52patients,26patients in each group, Statistical results are as follows:1. Improvement of primary symptoms after treatment:The test group had the advantage over the matched group in palpitations, chest tightness, dizziness, shortness of breath, the differences between two groups were statistical significance(P<0.05).2. Improvement of the minor symptoms after treatment:The test group had the advantage over the matched group, the differences between two groups were statistical significance (P<0.05).3. Improvement of clinical syndromes:The number of the patients that markedly effective, improved, ineffective and aggravated in the test group were9、13、3、1. Those in the controlled group were6、11、7、2. The rate of effective cases of the treatment group was84.6%, and the controlled group was65.4%, the differences between the two groups had statistical significance (P<0.01), the test group was obviously superior to the matched group.4. In the treatment there were no adverse reactions happened in each group.Conclusion:Therefore, the method of ZhuYu particles combined with conventional western medicine and the conventional western medicine only in treating atrial fibrillation of the Qi and Yin deficiency、Phlegm and blood stasis blockage type were effective, the treatment group was better than the controlled group, and it is safe in clinical use.
