Clinical Research On Biejiajiangya Particles In Treatment Of Senile Hypertension With Yin Deficiency And Yang Hyperactivity

Purpose: By observing the clinical curative effect of biejiajiangya particles in treatmentof senile hypertension with yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity, to justify the particles caneffectively reduce blood pressure in elderly hypertensive patients, and obviously improve theclinical symptoms of elderly hypertensive patients.Method: The clinical research to observe by the method of randomized, parallel-groupsenile hypertension with yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity patients60cases. In medicalorder were randomly divided into two groups that is treatment group and control group30cases respectively, a course of28days. The treatment group oral biejiajiangya particles(provided by the particles of chang chun university of Chinese medicine affiliated hospitalpharmacy); In the control group oral positive control medicine qingganjiangya capsule(Beijing xiehekangyou pharmaceutical co., LTD., approval number: Z19991064). Throughclinical observation to the60cases, by the statistical analysis of data, the clinical efficacy andsafety of biejiajiangya particles to make objective scientific evaluation.Result: The study selected a total of60cases, fall off0cases, eliminate0cases,60casesof statistics. Treatment group total effective rate was86.67%, control group total effective ratewas83.33%, after statistics processing, meaning there was no significant difference betweenthem; For improving senile hypertension with yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity TCMsyndrome, the treatment group effective rate was90.00%, control group effective rate was83.33%, the comparison between the two groups has no statistical significance, but toimprove TCM symptomatic lumbar acid, knee soft, five upset hot three symptoms, afterstatistics processing, good curative effect in treatment group than the control group. Safetydecision: has not been included in the patient’s medication and follow-up period of adversereactions and adverse events, drug treatment group, safe and reliable in safety.Conclusion: Through statistical analysis, two groups of blood pressure value comparisonbefore and after the treatment are obvious difference, shows that hypertension treatmentsignificantly in both groups, the treatment group efficiency40.00%, total effective rate90.00%, control group efficiency33.33%, total effective rate86.67%, hypertension treatmentthere was no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05); To improve yindeficiency and yang hyperactivity in elderly hypertension TCM syndrome study aspect,comparison between the two groups had no statistical significance (P>0.05), but to improvelumbar acid, knee soft, five upset hot3TCM symptoms, the rank and inspection (P <0.05, suggesting that compared to the control group that the treatment group has the bettercurative effect; Selected in the process of taking medicine and follow-up of patients withoutadverse reactions, drug treatment groups in safety is safe and reliable.
