Objective:Analysis of minimally invasive percutaneous plate fixation of the advanced nature an feasibility of exploring the fracture type of a reliable method of internal fixation.Methods:Select45cases of distal tibia fracture cured from January2009to December2010in the department of Orthopedics in the Second XiangYa Hospital of Central South University, through the computer-based patient record system. By reviewing the records, the timing for surgery, blood loss, hospital stay, X-ray healing time, complications, timing for postoperative functional exercise taken notes in detail. All of the data were analyzed by SPSS19.0statistical software for windows, with multiple linear regression to reveal the influencing factors affecting the ankle function. Results:The two cases during a mean following8-20months. Twogroups in operation time, blood loss, hospital days, X-ray healing time is significant difference (P<0.05). The incidence of postoperative complications have significant difference (P<0.05) With Mazur effect after scoring rate compared with significant difference (P<0.05)Conclusion:Minimally invasive percutaneous plate fixation with the traditional plate fixation of distal tibial fractures compared with the obvious advantages of trauma patients to spend less incision healed quickly, the high rate of fracture healing, functional recovery is good, and the postoperative disease for clinicians provides a good biological fixation.
