| ObjectiveTo research the predictive role of the GRACE-scoring system on the cardiovascular events risk of Non-ST-segment elevation acute coronary syndrome (NSTE-ACS) patients, and correlation of this effect, coronary score (Gensini score) and pentraxin-3(PTX-3).Methods188cases with NSTE-ACS collected during the period from January2010to December2011in Yiyang central hospital, Study population was further divided into two groups according to the occurrence of major adverse cardiovascular events (MACE), The first group (25cases) showed occurrence of MACE while the second group (163cases) showed no occurrence of MACE.GRACE score and measurement of serum PTX3level was done for all patients,119cases underwent diagnostic coronary angiography of which61patients underwent intracoronary artery stenting and evaluated by using coronary Gensini score.Statistical analysis and comparison of the two groups was done using the GRACE score and PTX-3level. Results1.The GRACE score of MACE group is173.6±14.8, which of non-MACE group is100.4±8.2,with a significant statistical difference (P<0.05) between these two groups.2.The serum PTX-3levels is4.95±0.97ng/mL,7.10±1.76ng/mL and10.31±4.54ng/mL in the patients with GRACE low, intermediate, and high risk group respectively, and pairwise comparisons of the three groups of patients have a statistically significant difference (P<0.05), the GRACE risk score and serum PTX-3correlation coefficient r=0.758,P <0.05, a positive correlation.3.The Gensini score is32.7±3.6,40.1±8.3and52.4±11.3in the patients with GRACE low, intermediate, and high risk group respectively, three groups of patients pairwise comparisons were statistically significant difference (P<0.05), the GRACE score, the correlation coefficient r=0.828, P<0.05, was positively correlated with Gensini score.Conclusion1.GRACE-scoring system to the risk of major cardiovascular events in patients with NSTE-ACS forecast.2.There is a positive correlation between GRACE score and serum PTX-3levels.3.There is a positive correlation between GRACE score and the severity of coronary artery disease... |
