Study On Quality Standard Of Euphorbia Humifusa

Objectives:To control the quality of Herb Euphorbia humifuse through systematically quality standard research contributes to establish a standard of the Euphorbia humifusa for quality control.Methods:The main quality standard research were as follows,1.The TLC method was used to preliminary identify the crude drugs,2. The determination method of Ellagic acid, Gallic acid, Quercetin and Kaempferide in Herb Euphorbia humifuse by HPLC were established,3.The fingerprints of material were also established by HPLC and analysed by SA software.Results:1.The TLC result showed that all the materials were developed.2. The contents range of ellagic acid, gallic acid, quercetin and kaempferide were0.087%～0.407%,0.002%～0.321%,0.102%～0.283%,0.005%～0.074%, respectively, and the methods were accuracy,simple and scientific.3.Common pattern of the fingerprints were established. The fingerprints were measured by similarity analysis, Hierachical clustering analysisand princirpal components analysis, and all the analysis were tend to coincident.Conclusions:The content differences of the constituents were exist among the different batches. It maybe due to the difference of harvest, process, store and ecological environment. The methods of determination and fingerprint we established were available for the quality control of herb Euphorbia humifusa.
