| ã€Objective】: To observe the effect of10-day sequential regimen and probioticsin treatment of anti-Helicobacter pylori eradication, in order to provide certainreference data for a better clinical treatment.ã€Main research contents】:1ã€The clinical effect of10-day sequentialregimen in treatment of anti-Helicobacter pylori eradication.2〠The clinical effect of common triple plus probiotics in treatment ofanti-Helicobacter pylori eradication.3ã€Comparative analysis for common tripleã€10-day sequential regimen and commontriple plus probiotics.4ã€Comparative analysis for10-day sequential regimen and common triple plusprobiotics.ã€Methods】:A total350patients with positive H.pylori by endoscopiy rapidurease testing and urea breath test(14C-UBT) were randomly divided into threegroups: A group10-day sequential regime (Rabeprazole Sodium and amoxicillin for the first5days, Rabeprazole Sodium, clarithromycin and tinidazole for the last5days); B group Common triple joint probiotics (Rabeprazole Sodium,amoxicillin,clarithromycin1week; probiotics2weeks); C group Common triple (Commontriple). The carbon14urea breath test (14C-UBT)and endoscopy was performedafter four weeks. At the same time, The statistical analysis was performed withSPSS13.0programs.ã€Results】:1ã€Eradication rates at intention-to-treat(ITT)analysis were82.7%ã€78.6ã€63.2%in A,B,C groupsï¼›And at per-protocol analysis were83.3%ã€79.3%ã€65%in A,B,C groups,respectively.2ã€In gastric ulcer patients, eradication rates were78.3%ã€68.4%ã€57.1%in A,B,Cgroups, respectivelyï¼›Ulcer healing rates were63.6%ã€68.4%ã€52.6%in A,B,C groups, respectively。In duodenal ulcer patients, eradication rates were97%ã€88.9%ã€64.3%in A, B, C groups, respectivelyï¼›Ulcer healing rates were78.8%ã€66.7%ã€35.7%in A,B,Cgroups,respectively.3ã€Symptoms relieve rates were83.5%ã€85.5%ã€68.9%in A,B,C groups, respectively.4ã€Adverse reactions rates were15%ã€0.04%ã€20.8%in A,B,C groups, respectively.ã€Conclusion】:10一day sequential regime and probiotics both provide anexcellent rate for H. pylori eradication, but the adverse reactions rate of probiotics islower. However, probiotics has not become widespread use.... |
