| Objective:To compare the effectiveness and safety of probiotics combined with H.pylori eradication program in clinical application using Meta analysis.Methods: Helicobacter pylori,Campylobacter pyloridis,Helicobacter nemestrina,Campylobacter pylori,Quadruple,probiotic,microecologics,etc.were used as search terms to search English databases such as Pub Med,Embase,Cochrance Library,etc.,with the words "Helicobacter pylori,Helicobacter pylori,Helicobacter pylori,Quadruple,Probiotics,probiotics,live bacteria preparations,probiotics,prebiotics" as the search term,search the Chinese full-text database CNKI,Wanfang database,Weipu database and the Chinese biomedical journal literature database to collect different probiotics Analysis of the clinical effect of a case-control study of the combined use of standard quadruple therapy against Helicobacter pylori(Probiotics+Standard Quadruple Therapy Against Helicobactor plori,P+SQT)and Standard Quadruple Therapy Against Helicobactor pylori(SQT)In the literature,by comparing the two binary variables of Hp eradication rate and adverse reaction rate,the combined application of microecological agents in the treatment of anti-Hp infection was evaluated by using Rev Ment5.3 software package Meta-analysis for the collected observation indicators.Limited search period: January 2019 to February 2021.Results: Finally,25 articles were selected that met the inclusion criteria of this study,including 3 articles in English and 22 articles in Chinese.There were 3527 subjects in the study,including 1769 in the P+SQT treatment group and 1758 in the SQT treatment group.Metaanalysis results: the Hp eradication rate of patients in the P+SQT regimen group was higher than that in the SQT group [OR=3.18,95%CI(2.56,3.95),P<0.05].The incidence of total adverse reactions during treatment: the P+SQT regimen group was lower than the SQT regimen group [OR=0.36,95%CI(0.29,0.45),P<0.05].In the incidence of specific adverse reactions,the combined use of probiotics can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions such as nausea and vomiting [OR=0.44,95%CI(0.32,0.61),P<0.05]),and reduce the incidence of abdominal discomfort [OR=0.27,95%CI(0.19,0.39),P<0.05],decreased incidence of bowel habit changes [OR=0.31,95%CI(0.21,0.44),P<0.05],decreased appetite incidence [OR=0.34,95%CI(0.23,0.51),P<0.05],but there is no significant difference between SQT and P+SQT group in reducing the incidence of dizziness and headache [OR=0.87,95%CI(0.52,1.44),P>0.05],there was no significant difference in the incidence of rash [OR=0.60,95%CI(0.33,1.07),P>0.05],and there was no significant difference in the incidence of abnormal taste[OR=0.77,95%CI(0.53,1.11),P>0.05].Conclusion: From the perspective of the effectiveness of the two groups,the probiotics combined with the standard anti-Hp quadruple regimen can effectively increase the eradication rate of Hp,and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions such as nausea and vomiting,abdominal distension,diarrhea,and loss of appetite during treatment.There was no significant difference in the incidence of dizziness,headache,rash,and abnormal taste,and the incidence of these three side effects was not effectively reduced. |
