Research On Brain’s Regional Homogeneity Induced By Immediate Effect And Storage Effect Of Treating Migraine With Acupoints On Shaoyang Meridians

Objective:This paper took migraineurs as object of study, instant effect and cumulative effect during the process of proding acupoint of shaoyang meridian on brain’s regional homogeneity of migraineurs were observed, contrastively analyzed different effects from instant effect and cumulative effect on brain pivot of migraineurs, which provided iconography basis for treatment of migraine by proding acupoint of shaoyang meridian.Methods:(1)26migraineurs were selected to this study, acupoints such as GB40, SJ5, GB34, GB20were proded for conventional treatment. Migraineurs were treated for4courses of treatment,8times was a course of treatment, one time on alternate days, for32times and30min/time. Headache status before and after treatment were assessed. The evaluation items of clinical curative effects were as follows:the number of headache attacks, VAS grade, migraineurs’questionnaire of quality of life (MSQ), self-rating anxiety scale (SAS), self-rating depression scale (SDS)(2) Offside GB40acupoint of migraineurs were proded, and took fMRI data collection as instant effect, fMRI datas were collected before treatment and after proding acupoint of shaoyang meridian for4courses of treatment, D-value of the two fMRI datas were taken as cumulative effect of acupuncture treatment, SPM5method was used for analysis.Results:(1) After proding, the number of headache attacks of patients reduced, VAS grade, SAS grade, SDS grade decreased, grades of MSQ improved, all the differences had statistical significance (P<0.05)(2) Instant effect and cumulative effect all improved regional homogeneity of migraineurs’ encephalic region, after proding, the number of encephalic region with improved regional homogeneity was increased compared to encephalic region with decreased regional homogeneity without proding. That was immediate effect can expand encephalic region with improved regional homogeneity. Encephalic regions with improved regional homogeneity of immediate effect and storage effect were as follows:reil’s island, front cingulum, thalamus, anterior central gyrus, gyrus frontalis inferior, cuneus, gyrus temporalis inferior, transverse temporal gyri, gyrus temporalis superior, locus ruber, substantia nigra. Encephalic regions with improved regional homogeneity of immediate effect were as follows:sea horse, amygdaloid nucleus, basal ganglia region, right gyrus rectus, right gyri orbitales. Encephalic regions with improved regional homogeneity of storage effect were as follows:posterior central gyrus, pons, medulla.Conclusions:(1) The number of headache attacks,VAS grade, MSQ grade, SAS grade, SDS grade were improved after proding acupoint of shaoyang channel, all the differences had statistical significance compared to without treatment (P<0.05)(2) Instant effect and cumulative effect can adjust regional homogeneity of migraineurs’encephalic region related to inside algesia systems jointly.(3) Instant effect can more obviously adjust encephalic region related to mood compared to cumulative effect, mainly focus on amygdaloid nucleus, sea horse.
