| The thesis is divided into three parts:The first part is the research about chemical constituents of Rhamnus hainanensis. The second part is the research about chemical constituents of Hernandia ovigera L.Rhamnus hainanensis, which belongs to the family Rhamnaceae, is distributed in valley and forests of Hainan. It have activity of anticancer, antiviral, antibiosis and antiinflammatory. In order to study the chemical constitutents from the Rhamnus hainanensis, modern chromatographic methods were used to isolate the chemical constituents, and the structures of isolated compounds were elucidated by spectral analysis including1H-NMRã€13CNMRã€DEPTã€1H-1HCOSYã€HMQCã€HMBCã€NOESY and EIMS. Ten compounds were isolated and identified as new Compound1(1), emodin3-O-a-L-rhamnophyranoside (2), Kaempferol (3), Rhamnocitrin (4), Quercetin (5), Emodin (6), Ethyl4-hydroxybenzoate (7), Ethyl3,4,5-trihydroxybenzoate (8),(3-sitosterol (9),5,3’-dihydroxy-7,4’-dimethoxy-flavonol (10).Ten compounds were isolated from Hernandia ovigera L.,and the ten compounds were identified as new Compound11(11),5-[(1S,3aR,4S,6aR)-4-(3,4,5-trimethoxyphenyl)-hexahydrofuro[3,4-c] furan-1-y1]-2H-1,3-benzodioxole (12), yatein (13), Deoxy-podophyllotoxin (14),6β-hydroxy-cholest-4-en-3-one (15),(3β,5α,6β,22E)-Ergosterol-7,22-Diene-Triol (16), p-sitosterol (17), stigmasterol(18), Daucosterol (19), Glycerol monopalmitate (20). |
