| Objective: The purpose of this task is to observe the correlation betweenTCM syndromes of childhood bronchial asthma and TCM Constitution from theoryand clinical investigation. Methods:Collecting Questionnaire of clinicalcases, including200cases of children with asthma and100ones without asthmain the Shandong Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Afterthe end of the survey, for statistical analysis. Results:300cases wereinvestigated, in which we can find that most of them belong to the cold oneand the heat one and ones with both of them in the stage of attack whiledeficiency of the lung and kidney syndrome in remission. Susceptibility tothe basic physical biased constitution,can also be found in a calm and matter,and the body’s ability to both mainly of a single type and two biasedconstitution, three and three or more physical both less. Tn the same group,constitutions were distributed unevenly. The control group of children at thesame age were more evenly distributed. Conclusion:The TCM syndromes ofchildhood bronchial asthma are related to the constitution very closely.Typesof the syndromes to some extent depends on the physical characteristics.Itprovides more reference for diagnosis and treatment of asthma in TCM. |
