Clinical Observation On The Effect Of Bushenshuganantai Decoction With Progesterone Treating The Habitual Abortion Of "Asthenia Of Kidney And Stasis Of Liver

Objective:Observing the curative effect of Bushenshuganantai Decoction withProgesterone in the treatment of kidney deficiency and liver stasis type of habitual abortion,and exploring the mechanism of the treatment to pregnancy.Methods:In accordance with the randomized and controlled principles,60patients metthe inclusion criteria were divided into treatment group of30cases,30cases in the controlgroup.The treatment group were treated with Bushenshuganantai Decoction adding toprogesterone.The control group were injected in progesterone alone.Then observing thetwo groups’comprehensive curative effect and symptoms accumulate,singlesymptom’curative effect,sex hormones’level and since the rating scale accumulate in thetwo groups before and after treatment, and do statistic analysis.Result::In anti-abortion, the total efficiency of83.34%in the treatment group wassignificantly higher than that of in control group63.34%, so that the difference wasstatistically significant (P<0.05). The difference of symptoms accumulate points for bothgroups from before and after treatment was statistically significant (P<0.05).The efficiencyof main symptoms for both groups are alleviated from before to after treatment,such asvaginal bleeding,soreness of waist,pain as well as swell of abdomen,emotional depressionand sigh,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05or P<0.01)，it is found that the treatment efficiency of treatment group is better.The levels of sex hormone P、β-HCG forboth groups are higher from before to after treatment，The differences were statisticallysignificant (P<0.05). In addition，the variation of P from before to after treatment hasobvious reference significant to treatment efficiency through T test(P<0.01).thecomparison on aggregate score of SDS suggests that the symptom improvement oftreatment group is better than the control group and the two groups are differentsignificantly(P<0.05)Conclusion:Combination of Traditional Chinese and Western medicine in treatmentof kidney deficiency and liver stasis type habitual abortion can effectively and safelyimprove adverse clinical manifestations of kidney deficiency and liver stasis in pregnantpatients, enhance the serum reproductive hormone level in the body, promote reducingearly recurrent spontaneous abortion rate. In conclusion, combined Chinese and Westerntreatment of habitual abortion has satisfactory effect, safety and economy.
