Research On The Relationship Between Palhogaiesis Regularity Of Allergic Lung Disease And The Specific Endowment Constitution

Objective:To investigate the relationship between pathogenesis regularity of Allergic LungDisease(Allergic Rhinitis and Asthma) and the specific endowment constitution.Methods:The combination of literature research and clinical epidemiological investigation.First, the literature research. To find the relationship between constitution theory of TCM,especially the Specific Endowment Constitution of TCM and the paroxysm, pattern identification andtreatment of Allergic Lung Disease(Allergic Rhinitis and Asthma) by combing the pastliterature, and to investigate the pathogenesis and the treatment rules of Allergic LungDisease(Allergic Rhinitis and Asthma) by combing modern literature. Second, the clinicalepidemiology research.We have collected a total of200patients with allergic rhinitis,cough variant asthma from the pulmonary disease outpatient service of ShandongUniversity of Traditional Chinese Medicine affiliated hospital, the outpatient service ofShandong university Qi-lu hospital, the internal medicine outpatient clinic of Zhong-Luhospital of Shandong university of TCM, etc.We have gathered their general cases, TCMconstitution types, clinical manifestations and syndrome differentiation to analyze the lawsby using relevant statistical methods. Result: First, the literature research. One constitutiontype complicated with other constitution types are general in the crowd, the specificendowment constitution is also a common physical type, and it does play a key role on thepathogenesis of allergic lung disease, disorder of the zang-fu organs is also a key factorleading to biased constitution. Second, the clinical research, i.200cases of Allergic lungdisease include160patients with allergic rhinitis and40cases for asthma, we regardedYang deficiency constitution as the first constitution, Qi deficiency constitution as the thesecond constitution. Then,Yang deficiency constitution type complicated with the Qideficiency constitution is21.7%at most, and the specific endowment constitution is20.3 ％. ii.There is no significant difference in allergic lung disease for gender. However, thepathogenesis of allergic lung disease tends to be younger ages, and it’s closely linked withless exercise, cold air, pollen allergic factors,ect. ii.160cases of Allergic rhinitis arewithout significant gender difference, but the incidence has prompted a younger age, thedifferentiation type of Allergic Rhinitis’s syndrome is lung and spleen deficiencysyndrome mainly, the proportion is25.6%, which is closely associated with Yangdeficiency constitution. Followed by pixu (spleen deficient) liver depression which isclosely related to qi deficiency constitution. iii.There are96cases of the SpecificEndowment Constitution in Allergic lung disease, the proportion is48%, which iscomplicated more with Qi deficiency constitution. Meanwhile, in the the SpecificEndowment Constitution, the pathogenesis of allergic lung disease tends to be youngerages. And, it’s closely linked with less exercise, cold air, pollen allergic factors and familyhistory of allergic, etc. The differentiation of symptoms and signs for classification ofsyndrome about allergic lung disease is mainly spleen hepatic depression syndrome in theSpecific Endowment Constitution, the proportion was17.7%, followed by lung spleendeficiency syndrome; The differentiation of symptoms and signs for classification ofsyndrome about the asthma is lung qi deficiency syndrome mainly, the proportion is8.3%,indicating that the Specific Endowment Constitution of patients with allergic rhinitissyndrome type is pixu (spleen deficient) liver depression syndrome mainly, the asthma islung qi deficiency syndrome mainly. All in all, The disorders of lung and spleen play a keyfactor on the Specific Endowment Constitution bias of the Allergic lung disease.
