Exploration And Discussion On Professor Jinshi’s Experience In Treatment Of Sjogren’s Syndrome Based On Syndrome Differentiation

Under the guidance of Professor Jin Shi,on the premise of clinical observation, and based on the traditional Chinese medicine(TCM), this paper explores and discusses the professor Jinshi’s experience in the treatment of Sjogren’s syndrome based on the syndrome differentiation,to systematically guide the application of TCM on pSS.Three parts are included.The first part is the clinical observation research.Aim:based on the observation of the change of laboratory examination index after treatment between the treatment group and the control group.evaluate objectively the curative effect and security of Professor Jinshi’s experience in the treatment of Sjogren’s syndrome.Method:with the principle of randomness and control,sixty patients with the primary sjogren’s syndrome were brought in. These patients were divided into two groups, each group had thirty patients, They have been differently treated under the Professor Jinshi’s experience or other therapy. The period of treatment was3months.Result: In the30casese of the treatment group,3cases were cured,12cases were remarkably effective,11cases were effective,4case was ineffective,the total effective rate is86.7%.and in the control group,0cases were cured,0cases were remarkably effective,8cases were effective,22cases were ineffective,the total effective rate is23.33%.the total effective rate between these groups had statistical significance(p<0.01). The result of the treatment was better,erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR), C-reactive protein(CRP),saliva flow rate,Schiemer test had remarkabe statistical significance(P<0.01),the rheumatoid factor (RF),IgG, IgA had statistical significance(p<0.05).Conclusion:the therapy from professor Jinshi’s experience in the treatment of Sjogren’s syndrome had satisfactory effctivity and high security,it can be applied repeatedly in the clinical and should be explored further.The second part introduces professor Jinshi’s rich experiences in the treatment of Sjogren’s syndrome.Combined to the modern medical theory,it disscusses the cause of disease,pathogenesis,characteristic of the syndrome discrimination and treatment,analysis about the basic description.the pathogenesis that "Yin is insufficient and pathway is blocket "and the method that "clear up lungs and scatter water"are the peculiarity of professor Jinshi’s experience in treating Sjogren’s syndrome.This paper also introduces the self-created description"increase water fang" in detailed.At last,there are nine representative cases to illustrate the theory and research the thought of diagnosis and treatment. The third part reviews the research and tendency of pathogenesis and treatment about the Sjogren’s syndrome at the point of TCM and modern medicine.It put farward that mucg problem is still present,it also shows clearly how to explore the cause and treatment of Sjogren’s syndrome.
