A Study About The Pathogenesis Of Blood Stasis And Heat In Non-small Cell Lung Cancer Based On The Academic Experience Of Professor Zhou Zhong Ying

Objeetives:To probe the existence and importance of pathogenesis of blood stasis and heat in non-small cell lung cancer based on the academic experience of Professor Zhou Zhong YingMethods:400cases of patients with NSCLC from January in2008to February in2013were collected in hospital of Jiangsu TCM, including age, sex, pathological, phase, history, metastasis parts, symptoms etc. To discuss the possibility of the existence of pathogenesis of blood stasis and heat (BSH) in NSCLC through statistical analysis, and study the relationship of between tumor marker, pathology and phase, clinical characteristic of pathogenesis of blood stasis and heat in the course of NSCLC were summarized.Results:When group BSH compared with group NBSH, it has statistics meaning in the ages of71to90, squamous carcinoma, phase â…£,30years of smoking, CY211, CA199and NSE.Conclusion:.Pathogenesis of blood stasis and heat plays an important role in the course of NSCLC. With the development of NSCLC, the longer of the course, the more probability of pathogenesis of blood stasis and heat, such as ages of71to90, adenocarcinoma, phase â…£,30years of smoking. CY211, CA199and NSE.used as main indications of pathogenesis of blood stasis and heat in the NSCLC.
