| Objectives:1) To discuss the relationship between Non-small Cell Lung Cancer (NSCLC) patients’ blood stasis syndrome and the micromestastasis in blood,compare the changeg of CK-19mRNA between the blood stasis syndrome and non-blood stasis syndrome;2) To discuss the relationship between the blood stasis syndrome of NSCLC patients.Compare the changeg of P-SLT between the blood stasis syndrome and non-blood stasis syndrome;3) To discuss the relationship of P-SLT and CK-19mRNA that in blood of NSCLC patients.Methods:Sixty patients with NSCLC patients were selected in hospital.The patients were divided into two groups:blood stasis syndrome and non-blood stasis syndrome.the day before the patients had surgery iperetion,extracted patients’ blood,and then ditected P-SLT and CK-19mRNA by ELISA and RT-PCR.All date have analysis by SPSS16.0software.Results:1) The positive rate of CK-19mRNA in patients’ blood is63.6%,and it was higher in blood stasis group than the non-blood stasis group (76.7%vs50.0%),with statistical differences exist between groups(P<0.05),in gland cancer, squamous cell carcinoma and other types’ positie rate were75.0%ã€68.4%ã€66.7%, they did not have significant (P>0.05),but in different period (â… ã€ â…¡ã€â…¢),positive rate in are21.4%,76%,and76.2%,with significant differences between groups (P<0.01).2) The leve of serum P-SLT in patients between the groups of blood stasis and non-blood stasis exist differences (P<0.05);and different stages in patients with significant difference (P<0.01);different pathological type shown no difference (P>0.05),It can be used as a blood stasis syndrome of observation index.The level of platelet count of patients’ in blood stasis was significantly higher than non-blood stasis group (P<0.01),and in different pathological type and stages have no difference (P>0.05).3) The level of P-SLT in patients’ blood with the positive expression rate of CK-19mRNAwas significantly higher than the negative groups, has the remarkable difference (P<0.01),and the The level of platelet count of patients’ blood was higher than the negative groups (P<0.05).Conclusions: 1) As the marker of micro transfer index to NSCLC, it had remarkable difference in the blood stasis syndrome and non-blood stasis syndrome with CK-19mRNA, there was correl-ation between micro transfer in blood and blood stasis syndrome.2) There was correlation among the level of P-SLT and blood stasis,but it did not become a proper molecular marker for diagnosis in parients with blood stasis.But it was a valuqble index to assessment prognosis. |
