Study On The Syndromes Of Traditional Chinese Medicine In The Leukorrhagia Of HR-HPV Infection

Objectives:By leukorrhagia merger in patients with high-risk type HPV infection of traditional Chinese medicine, the preliminary discussion on TCM syndrome type distribution of HPV infection, and provide clinical dialectical thought and treatment method.Methods:By choosing to meet eligibility criteria of Changzhou city hospital of traditional Chinese medicine and changzhou maternal and child health care cervical on hospital during2012.10-2013.01, the line of high risk type HPV+TCT joint200cases patients with cervical cancer screening, age distribution between the ages of21to60. Reference to higher education in Beijing high-quality goods that tahes project the gynecology of traditional Chinese medicine, patients can be divided into the syndrome of spleen deficiency with dampness-abundance, kidney deficiency with wetness, downward flow of damp-heat and damp-heat and toxic heat. Use of statistical software for data analysis, to discusses leukorrhagia with TCM syndrome type distribution of HPV infection and correlation.Results:Clinical observation of200cases of leukorrhagia disease and HPV infection, there are155patients of HPV infection (concluding70cases of the syndrome of spleen deficiency with dampness-abundance,45casea of kidney deficiency with wetness,30case of downward flow of damp-heat and10casea of damp-heat and toxic heat).45patients with HPV negative (concluding10cases of the syndrome of spleen deficiency with dampness-abundance,9cases of kidney deficiency with wetness,20cases of downward flow of damp-heat and6casea of damp-heat and toxic heat). According to western medicine diagnostic criteria, of which18cases of vaginal candida disease,9cases of trichomonas vaginitis and bacterial vaginal disease68cases, atrophic vaginitis in11cases,94cases without vaginal inflammation. After statistical analysis results: vulva vaginal candidiasis and trichomoniasis are take great part of the syndromes of traditional Chinese medicine in the downward flow of damp-heat and damp-heat and toxic;most of the syndrome of spleen deficiency with dampness-abundance, kidney deficiency with wetness are senile vaginitis and bacterial vaginosis.Comparison between HPV infection in the inflammation of vagina:χ2=18.767, p=0.001<0.05, there is significant statistical significance between the two group. The merger of HPV infection vaginitis patients are bacterial vaginosis and vulva vaginal candidiasis.The comparation betweem the HPV positive group and negative group of TCM syndrome type distribution, P<0.05, suggesting significant differences,and the majority syndromes of traditional Chinese medicine of HPV infection are spleen deficiency with dampness-abundance, kidney deficiency with wetness. TCT integral between HPV positive group and negative group has no statistical significance after statistics analysis:χ2=0.313, p=0.958>0.05, but it isn’t mean that there is no correlation between detection of TCT and HPV infection.Conclusions:1. Patients are diagnosised to vaginitis by western medicine,among them, vulva vaginal candidiasis and trichomoniasis are take great part of the syndromes of traditional Chinese medicine in the downward flow of damp-heat and damp-heat and toxic;most of the syndrome of spleen deficiency with dampness-abundance, kidney deficiency with wetness are senile vaginitis and bacterial vaginosis.2. The merger of HPV infection vaginitis patients are bacterial vaginosis and vulva vaginal candidiasis.3.The syndromes of traditional Chinese medicine in the Leukorrhagia of HPV infection are given priority to the syndrome of spleen deficiency with dampness-abundance,kidney deficiency with wetness, the clinical use of Chinese medicine treatment should invigorat spleen and kidney to resolve dampness.4. TCT integral between HPV positive group and negative group has no statistical significance after statistics analysis, the existence of HPV infection in patients with TCT results cytology negative situation, but can’t say that the TCT results and no correlation with HPV infection. It is needed to combine the detection of TCT and HPV to improve the diagnosis of cervical cancer and precancerous lesions.5.The average of clinic scores of the syndrome of TCM in the downward flow of damp-heat take the firsr place,and the distribution of clinic scores between syndromes of TCM in the group of HPV infection has no statistical significance after statistics analysis,...
