Experimental Study On The Effect Of Eczemaâ… Number On Acute Eczema

Purpose: To observe the effects of Eczema Ⅰnumber on poor quality, monocytes,neutrophils, verified the curative effect and the safety and the reliability.Method: In the first and second day, it doubed0.5%DNFB25μL sensitization in miceabdominal hairless area. On the eighth day, it doubed0.2%DNFB20μL induced dermatitis inthe left behind the ears, and doubed4:1acetone olive oil on the right behind the ears byconcrast, and it gave rise to animal model of acute eczema. It made mould at the same time,and adopted to fill the stomach, it gave to treat with prednisone, Eczema Ⅰnumber high,middle dose. It adopted to fill the stomach in9days, then it put to death all the mice. Itmeasured to poor quality of left and right ears in mice, and calculated to neutrophils,Mononuclear cells.Result: The results showed that Eczema Ⅰnumber high, middle dose groups andprednisone significantly inhibited the increase of poor quality of left and right ears comparedwith NS(P＜0.05). Eczema Ⅰnumber high, middle dose groups compared with low dosegroup(P＜0.05); it compared with Pi Min Xiao group(P＜0.05); it compared withprednisone(P＞0.05). Eczema Ⅰ number high, middle dose groups andprednisonesignificantly inhibited the increase of neutrophils, Mononuclear cells and the count of dermalinflammatory infiltration cells compared with NS (P＜0.05). Eczema Ⅰnumber high, middledose groups compared with low dose group(P＜0.05); it compared with Pi Min Xiao group(P＜0.05); it compared with prednisone(P＞0.05).Conclusion: Eczema Ⅰnumber has alleviated pathological change in mice auricleswelling degree (poor quality) and inhibition of inflammatory cells infiltration, reduce the roleof tissue edema.
