Liver Zi Kidney Decoction Treatment Of Liver Kidney Empty Tye Preimenopausal Syndrome Clinical Observation

Purpose: This study looked at changchun university of Chinese medicine affiliated hospitalaround menopause syndrome is liver depression syndrome differentiation of traditionalChinese medicine kidney outpatients, adopt the method of soothing the liver, kidney, liver touse the party zi kidney decoction treating the disease, which will provide a scientific basis fortreatment of perimenopausal syndrome of traditional Chinese medicine.Method:According to the clinical randomized controlled experiment,60patients withperimenopausal syndrome were divided into two groups,30cases in each group. Onetreatment group to adopt the liver zi kidney decoction, the control group applied womanNingKang piece. Observed before and after treatment of the signs and symptoms of patientswith changes in the statistical method was applied to define the clinical curative effect, theefficacy of the change of each parameter index and correlation statistical analysis.Result:Treatment group and control group total effective rate of clinical efficacy were:98.33%and76.67%, respectively before and after treatment in both groups, Chinese medicinesymptom curative effect and serum hormone FSH, LH, E2, all have significant difference (P <0.01), the two groups after treatment serum hormone FSH, E2, all have significant difference(P <0.05); Two groups of curative effect of TCM syndrome after treatment decreased and LHserum hormones are different, but both are no significant difference (P>0.05).Conclusion:Treatment of perimenopausal syndrome with TCM method variety,reliable,afterclinical observation liver zi kidney liver soup treatment of perimenopausal syndrume typekidney empty, its cuiative effect obviously (P﹤0.05),and the broad masses of medicalworkers in clinic application.
