| Objective: Knowing the Sickness Status about bone mineral density and osteoporosisof Pre-menopausal women who is between the age forty ant sixty-five in the northernpart of Anhui province; investing the effect of the factors of the age, profession, smoke,drink, shape, age of menopause, age of menarche, and etc which could affectosteoporosis. To provide reference for regional osteoporosis prevention and treatment,in order to improve bone health of Peri-climacteric women in the northern part of Anhuiprovince.Method: Cross-sectional investigation which takes the Peri-climacteric women who isbetween the age forty ant sixty-five in the northern part of Anhui province and hasphysical examination in our hospital between the time of2010March-2012October asresearching object. The questionnaire survey includes the general survey and the Surveyof health related behaviors, measure the physical indicators of height, weight and etc,calculate body mass index, measure the bone density detection of femoral neck, hip,lumbar ’s BMD and T by the way of Dual-energy X-ray Absorptiometry. statisticalanalysis by the way of SPSS13.0, compare with the group the prevalence rate ofosteoporosis by the way of chi-square test, and analyses the influencing factor ofosteoporosis by the way of logistic regression. Result: the study takes804persons as researching object, including210cases ofosteoporosis at the proportion of26.12%,382cases of osteopenia at the proportion of47.51%. Single factor analysis showed that the osteoporosis is positive correlation withage, menopause, number of births, smoking, but it is also negative correlation with BMI,physical labor, eating much bean foods. Multivariate logistic analysis shows that thevalue of the OR about age influencing the osteopenia and osteoporosis are1.061(1.024,1.099),1.096(1.053,1.141), the OR of the mental work influencing the osteopenia is1.535(1.065,2.212), the OR of the BMI influencing osteoporosis is0.885(0.832,0.940),the OR of no smoking influencing the osteopenia0.666(0.468,0.947), the OR of eatingmuch bean foods influencing osteoporosis is0.885(0.832,0.940).Conclusion: The case rate of osteoporosis is positive correlation with age, menopause,number of births, smoking, but it is also negative correlation with BMI, physical labor,eating much bean foods. The positively correlation with the prevalence rate ofosteoporosis are age, reproductive number, smoking, mental work, etc. the negativecorrelation were body mass index, manual work, eating beans, etc. It will make greatsense for the pre-menopausal women to prevent osteoporosis by the way of increasingphysical activities, maintaining a normal weight, changing unhealthy lifestyles,increasing the intake of beans. |
