About Construction Harmonious Medicine Trouble Relations Research

Construction of the physician-patient relationship is an integral part of social relations, harmonious society needs a harmonious doctor-patient relationship. As market economic system ceaseless and perfect, the government’s responsibility consciousness, right consciousness of people, participate in consciousness as well as the hospital to pursue interests and so on many factors make the doctor-patient relationship has become increasingly tense, disputes between doctors and patients increased significantly, the increasingly tense relationship between doctors and patients is a serious impact on the hospital that was regarded as the holy place of humanity. Medical disputes frequently occur, and the influence scope is more and more big, not only detrimental to health care workers in patients with image, and damage the medical order and quality, will eventually damage the interests of patients, the growing tension in the doctor-patient relationship has been a common concern of medical workers and patients with sensitive topics, caused the health community, law circles, news attention. Medical dispute is not only a single medical problems, has evolved as a social problem.This article is based on the sensitivity of the social reality and the combination of management theory to China’s current situation of relationship between doctor and patient, analyses the reasons, and to construct the harmonious doctor-patient relationship given their suggestions. This paper consists of four parts:the first chapter is a preface: introduces the background and significance of research, domestic and foreign research, research content and research methods; the second chapter the doctor-patient relationship:fundamental theory summarizes firstly the core concepts are defined; then introduces the theoretical basis of this article, including the theory of public governance, harmony management theory, the medical and health system reform theory; finally introduced the constructs the harmonious medical trouble relations of meaning; the third chapter of a hospital in Q city of Hunan as the research object, has analyzed our country the doctor-patient relationship in the problem of existence, and from national policy, hospital, patient and social public opinion analysis of several aspects of the doctor-patient relationship tense reason. The fourth chapter of building harmonious doctor-patient relationship countermeasures. Including:deepening of medical system reform, to perfect the related laws and policies; to strengthen the internal management of the hospital, improve hospital service quality; strengthen patients medical knowledge, respect and understanding of the work of the medical personnel; to strengthen the supervision of the public opinion, the positive guidance of public opinion.
