In view of this, the existing port health and quarantine prevention and control system systematically studied.Based on the health quarantine and prevention control of X-city frontier Port, the current control system was being researched. At the theoretical level, through the collection of relevant material, combing the development context of the port health and quarantine prevention and organizational structure, fundamentals of law and specific content, to find the shortcomings of the existed system; On a practical level, through the to select port health and quarantine prevention and control system in the prevention and control of influenza a H1N1influenza and support control of large-scale international universiade2011, summarize the implementation of the activities in health and quarantine protection case, its implementation, summarized and analyzed.
