| Objective:Through the curative effect analysis of closed reduction and external fixation, open reduction and internal fixation two treatment approaches of distal radius fracture, to explore Cooney II/III type distal radius fracture treatment selection.Methods:236Cooney II/III type distal radius fracture cases were collected from ER and inpatient department from January2008to December2012; all cases were divided into2groups. The cases which were performed closed reduction and external fixation treatments were observation group, the cases which were performed open reduction and internal fixation were control group. The respective analysis and comparison research were focus on the data of two groups which including fracture healing time, wrist joint function restore and imaging efficacy analysis, postoperative complications, and patient satisfaction etc. Results:the fracture healing time of180case of observation group is35.31days; the fracture healing time of50case of control group is33.9days. Through rank sum test, Z=1.51, P=0.12over0.05, the difference is no statistical significanceAccording to the Gartland and Werley wrist function evaluation, in the observation group,39cases are excellent,100cases are good,41cases are fair, The excellent and good rate is77.5%,in the control group,11cases are excellent.29cases are good,10fair cases, The excellent and good rate is81.82%. The wrist function recovery of two groups is all satisfied, the excellent and good rate and the compare of wrist function recovery are no significant different, no statistical significance (P>0.05)Conclusion:the two treatment methods of Cooney II/III distal radius fracture with closed reduction and external fixation, open reduction and internal fixation which were compared with clinical healing time and wrist function recovery are no significant difference... |
