Research On Mining Of Traditional Chinese Literature And Characteristic Therapy Of Gynecological Cancer

Object:With the way of collection, summarization and analysis of literature of traditional Chinese medicine of gynecological tumor, to sum up the characteristics of TCM diagnosis and treatment of gynecologic tumor and emphasizing on the study on drug law. In order to provide reference for modern TCM clinical treatment of gynecological tumor.Methods:This paper is mainly based on the first hand data (original documents), secondary data (later the discussion and references) as the reference, using the search and analysis tools, that "distinguishing the academic chapter in Chinese literature, thoughts of ancient literature research development"to study the classics of traditional Chinese medicine information on the history of the gynecological tumor by the present study method for the extraction and analysis of content arrangement, identification, at last screening out the classics, representative literature.Reading through the ancient literature of gynecologic tumors, and refering to the relevant modern obstetrics,Gynecology books,and literature database related literature, with the method of content analysis typical summary of the works,to conclude the thoughts of each TCM diagnosis and treatment of gynecological tumors, finally sorted out the TCM clinical characteristics of gynecological tumor, and using SPSS17.O software combined with statistical method prescription drugs on the gynecological tumor typical works were included to study the frequency analysis and cluster analysis.Results: Through the comprehensive collection, sorting out the relevant gynecologic oncology literature amount to19, among them the Warring States, Qin and Han Dynasties, Wei Jin Southern and Northern Dynasties, Sui and Tang Dynasties has partly1, Song Jinyuan3, the Ming Dynasty5and the Qing Dynasty7part, discussing TCM gynecologic tumor involved has a total number of72,55pieces of prescriptions and57drugs are studyed. Conclusion:Research shows that, knowledge of gynecological tumor Chinese medicine has been from the four aspects in science, law, parties, drugs and has established a unique theory system. Through the analysis of the basic theory of the gradually generalization, and combined with medical history of gynecologic oncology clinical Chinese medicine dialectical medication experience, up to now has already formed the treatment of gynecological tumor characteristics of Chinese medicine dialectical therapy system.
