Study On The Characters Of The Body Pressure Distribution Under Different Supine Positions

With a rapidly rising ageing society, the aged person related disease is rising, the obvious characteristic of which is bedridden, and the patient who are accompanied by the loss of independent activities ability and provide for oneself is more and more, often keeping the same supine position of time, which is easy to produce pressure ulcer, but turning over is the best way to prevent pressure ulcers, and time interval is no more than2hours, and then for those who is not easy to turn over, they should be how to prevent or reduce pressure ulcer caused by rolling secondary harm? The answer is to extend the time interval, which needs a more reasonable human body pressure distribution. In this paper, the comparative analysis of human body pressure distribution under the different supine position aims to seek more reasonable human body pressure distribution.By using the multi-function nursing bed to change the supine positions, realize different human body pressure distribution, using XSENSOR pressure distribution test and analysis system to measure and analyze the pressure distribution index for different supine positions, and then doing study on the relationships between numerical value of the pressure distribution and the supine positions. In the course of analysis, dividing the pressure distribution maps that are gathered by the XSENSOR pressure distribution test system into different areas, through the EXCEL and MATLAB software to extract pressure numerical matrix and calculate the maximum pressure, average pressure, the contact area, maximum pressure gradient and average pressure gradient of the parts of the human body which are easy to produce pressure ulcers.according to the capillary blood withstanding the biggest closed, the pressure will be divided into high, medium and low levels, and high mean low pressure area is extracted by the MATLAB software, and then calculate high mean low pressure area percentage points, the area of their respective percentage with%Shp,%Smp,%Sip.Doing the parameter K-S inspection for all the experimental data by using SPSS16.0, the level of significance area is0.05,after checking, all the experimental data are in line with normal distribution, and then do respectively T test for the between of the supine positions and the between of the gender, checking between different supine positions and between gender whether there exist significant differences, and then discusses the reasonable supine positions, and obtain the more reasonable supine positions.After checking and analysis, when the supine position is put forward10°-0°, human body pressure distribution is more reasonable, and the whole body maximum pressure is at least and the heel maximum pressure is also the least.relative to the supine position0°-0°the biggest pressure of shoulder and head has slight increased, but the biggest pressure of the hip change little, at the moment, increasing the contact area of the hips, head and shoulder department, reducing the average pressure of the hips, head and shoulder department, making hip, head and shoulder department of the pressure distribution more uniform.
