Clinical Observation On QuanJing Acupuncture Therapy Combined With Rehabilitation Training For The Treatment Of Shoulder Hand Syndrome After Stroke

Objective:Observe the whole acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training by the clinical efficacy of shoulder-hand syndrome after stroke treatment.Method:Will meet the inclusion criteria60cases of stroke in patients with shoulder-handsyndrome were randomly divided into two groups control principles. Full by acupuncture combined with rehabilitation training group (treatment group)30cases. Simple rehabilitation training group of30patients (control group). All patients were given general basic treatment. The treatment group received acupuncture combined with full rehabilitation aftertreatment. The control group using a simple rehabilitation training. After two courses, Fugl Meyer uses a simplified upper limb motor function score (FMA),Visual visual analog pain scale (VAS),Edema score points for the assessment index,Comparison of the two groups were observed upper limb motor function,Improvement of pain and edema and clinical efficacy. Result:Clinical observations show that the treatment group, FMA score of patients in the control group, VAS score and edema Credits,After treatment compared with before treatment were statistically significant.(P <0.05), Which FMA score,VAS score and edema integral, The treatment group than the control group (P<0.05). The efficacy of the two groups, the treatment group than the control group,,The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion:Full by acupuncture combined with rehabilitation after stroke shoulder-hand syndromeclinical efficacy was significantly better than the control group.
