| Objectives:To observe the early postoperative rehabilitation after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction by pushing manipulation with one finger and functional training,to explore its mechanism,Aim to study whether the manipulation therapy can improve the quality of perioperative patients recovery.Methods:40cases had been selected from the second department of orthopedics of Fuzhou general hospital of nanjing military command since April2012to October2013,including anterior cruciate ligament injured simply, and the meniscus or the femoral condyle cartilage with II or II degrees below was damaged.they all demanded to reconstructe anterior cruciate ligament with autologous hamstring tendon by arthroscopy.Patients were divided into two groups by random,The treatment group was accepted the therapy of pushing manipulation with one finger together with the rehabilitation training, the control group implemented the same rehabilitation training plan. The degree of swelling in the knee joint and Visual Analogue Scale were recorded postoperative in the1st week,2nd week,4th week and12th week,Rang of motion and IKDC sorces were estimated in the1st week,2nd week and12th week after surgery,Lysholm sorces were compared preoperative with postoperative12weeks.Collected data for statistical analysis. Results:According to the requirements, patients were all could followed-up and reviewed regularly,3months of follow-up rate was100%.the improvement of the degree of swelling and VAS in the treatment group were better than the control group in the1st week,2nd week after surgery,The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Rang of motion in the treatment group was bigger than the control group at postoperative1week,the difference provided statistically significance(P<0.05),and two groups were obviously increased in the2nd week,12th week after surgery, but the two groups was no difference(P>0.05);Lysholm scores of the treatment group were greater than the control group postoperative in the12th week, the difference was significant(P<0.05); IKDC scores group were higher than the same period of the control group in2weeks and12weeks later after surgery, there was significant differences(P<0.05).the two groups of patients of anterior drawer test,Lachman test and pivot shift test were all negative after the follow-up in3months.Conclusion:The pushing manipulation with one finger and functional training can improve the curative effect of early postoperative rehabilitation of anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction,Pushing manipulation with one finger promotes the early postoperative functional rehabilitation after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction.it can obviously improve the degree of swelling in the knee, reduce pain, improve the Lysholm scores, IKDC scores and Rang of motionjt has the effect of relieving pain, antispasmodic, detumescence and relaxing muscles and tendons to promote blood circulationit.so it is worth promoting. |
