| This dissertation includes two parts:summary of the related literatures; studies on the chemical constituents of the water extract of SiMiaoYongAnTang.Part one:summary of the related literaturesDevelopment of SiMiaoYongAnTang since2011, together with studies on chemical constituents and metabolism in vivo of Chinese medicine compound were reviewed, and140references were cited.Part two:studies on the chemical constituents of the water extract of SiMiaoYongAn-TangSeveral separation and purification methods and determination technology (such as ESI-MS,1H-NMR,13C-NMR) were used to study the chemical constituents of the water extract of SiMiaoYongAnTang. Twenty seven compounds were isolated, and twenty two were identified, including:5(S)-5-carboxystrictosidine,(E)-aldosecologanin, harpagoside, geniposide, β-glycyrrhetic acid, glycyrrhizic acid, hyperoside, liquiritin, isoliquiritoside, liquiritigenin, isoliquiritigenin, luteolin, quercetin,2-(3-hydroxy-4-methoxyphenyl)ethyl O-a-arabinopyranosyl-(1→6)-O-a-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→3)-O-β-glucopyranoside, angroside C, acteoside, anti-cinamic acid, ferulic acid, protocatechuic acid, stigmasterol, hentriacontanol, daucosterol. Among them,5(S)-5-carboxystrictosidineã€(E)-aldosecologanin, harpagoside, geniposide, glycyrrhizic acid, hyperoside, isoliquiritoside, luteolin,2-(3-hydroxy-4-methoxyphenyl)ethyl O-a-arabinopyranosyl-(1→6)-O-a-rhamnopyranosyl-(1→3)-O-P-glucopyranoside, angroside C, acteoside, protocatechuic acid, stigmasterol, hentriacontanol were firstly isolated from SiMiaoYongAnTang.5(S)-5-carboxystrictosidine was firstly isolated from Lonicera Linn. |
