| Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy of Yangxuerunzao decoction treating Eczema with Blood Deficiency-Wind Dryness of perimenopausal women through clinical observation.Methods:69patients with Blood Deficiency-Wind Dryness with eczema of perimenopausal women were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, treatment group of patients were35cases,one patient off for personal reasons,the control group were34cases.Treatment group received Yangxuerunzao decoction, approximately300ml decoction,with one dose daily, which was taken warmly after meal in the morning and evening; Control group received Epinastine Hydrochloride Tablets:10mg each time once daily, before sleeping (Zhunzi H20055057the state of Beijing Lang Yi pharmaceutical co., LTD.).4weeks as a course of treatment, both groups received2courses of treatment continuously. Applying SPSS17.0statistical software to analyze the data, Using mean±tandard deviation(X±s) to express the data, taking the t-test if the data met the needs of normal distribution, Otherwise, taking the rank sum test. Using the X2test for the count data.Results:1.Through clinical observation, cure and obvious effect rate of treatment group was79.41%,with total effect rate of88.24%, cure and obvious effect rate of control group was52.94%,with total effect rate of64.71%.Through statistics processing, the results showed significant difference (P<0.05) by comparing the two groups;2.After treatment, the clinical symptom scores, self-conscious symptom scores, lesion area scores and total scores of two groups decreased significantly. Through statistics processing, the efficacy showed significant difference (P<0.05)Conclusions:1. Yangxuerunzao decoction is an effective prescription treatment of eczema with Blood Deficiency-Wind Dryness of perimenopausal women.2. The clinical efficacy of Yangxuerunzao decoction was significant,less adverse reactions, it is worthy of clinical use. |
