The Impact Of Zhi Zao Particle On Leptin And Grelin In Serum In Girls With Liver Depression Ahd Stagnation Type Idiopathic Central Precocious Puberty

Objective:This study is to explain the effect of "zhizao particles" on ICPP,by analyzing the impact of traditional Chinese medicine "zhizao particles" on serum leptin and Ghrelin levels of girls with ICPP,observing the treatment effect of "zhizao particles" on ICPP,and explore the correlation between serum leptin、Ghrelin levels and other factors, in further to explain the effect of "zhizao particles" on ICPP.Methods:Select60girls in4-10years old with Idiopathic central precocious puberty(ICPP) which meet the diagnostic criteria for liver stagnation and phlegm junction type. Put40cases in the treatment group,and the other20cases in the control group. The treatment group received the traditional Chinese medicine zhizao particles,1does/day,morning and evening service. The control group were administered with leuprorelin acetate once every4weeks by the rout of intramuscular injection. The course was6months.The serum of leptin and Ghrelin were determined before and after the treatment for each patient. The results used SPSS19.0statistical software for comparative analysis.Results:l.Both in the two groups, TCM syndrome scores were significantly different after treatment (P<0.01). The total effective rate was87.50%in the treatment group, the control group was85.00%,and there is no significant difference between two groups (P>0.05).2.Both in the treatment group and the control group, the serum levels of LH, FSH and E2were obviously declined after treatment(p<0.01).and there is no significant difference between two groups (P>0.05).3.Both in the treatment group and the control group, the serum levels of leptin were obviously declined after treatment(P<0.01).and there is no significant difference between two groups (P>0.05).In the coinside,the serum levels of Ghrelin were obviously growthed(P <0.01).and there is no significant difference between two groups (P>0.05).4.On the ICPP girls,serum leptin was positively correlated with LH and BMI (P<0.05), and has a very weak positive correlation or no correlation with E2(P>0.05). Serum Ghrelin and LH that after excitation by GnRH was negatively correlated (P<0.05),and serum Ghrelin has no correlation with LH, FSH, E2, FSH that after excitation by GnRH(P>0.05).Conclusion:1.By the treatment of traditional Chinese medicine "zhizao particles",leptin, FSH, LH, E2levels of patients were obviously declined,and Ghrelin levels were obviously elevated.which demonstrates that zhizao particles have a significant effect on ICPP.2.On the ICPP girls,serum leptin was positively correlated with LH and BMI, and was very weak positive correlation or no correlation with E2.3.On the ICPP girls,serum Ghrelin was negatively correlated with LH that after excitation by GnRH,and has no correlation with LH, FSH, E2, FSH that after excitation by GnRH.4.The effect of zhizao particles on the leptin and Ghrelin levels put off the beginning of puberty and promote the normal growth and development of girls’puberty, by reducing FSH, LH, E2and thus to reduce emission levels, which demonstrates that "zhizao particles" are one of the effective methods for the disease therapy and have great clinical values.
