In recent years, the residents’ medical demand quantity is increasing, and at the same time also to the requirement of medical quality, thus correspondingly the social puts forward higher requirements to both the quality and quantity of medical personnel. At the same time, the hospital failed to keep up with the pace, the number of in staff is always less than the demand, in this case the side personnel team has become indispensable important force in the process of construction and development in hospitals. Side in recent years, the personnel number is on the rise in some hospitals, they have a master’s, doctorate highly educated, and have medium, high title number occupies quite proportion, so largely they play an important role in the development of the future in hospital. Now because of the limit, the human cost, labor laws and regulations, some hospitals implement different standards such as wages, social security, welfare, learning advanced, time grows to appear that the side personnel’s self-esteem and has no opportunity to show their talents and no prospect for development, and turnover intention that affect the daily work, stability and development of hospital. So the side personnel management is the current important content of modern human resource management in hospitals. This paper analyzes the current existing advantages and disadvantages of hospital using side personnel and side personnel management problems. On this basis, this article with Dahua hospital for side personnel management as an example, introducing the Dahua hospital daily management practice, experience, and by comparison with the data to verify the effectiveness in order to can be learned and reference to other hospital. Finally draw the conclusion: only build retention of the environment, to excavate the plait staffs potential, improve their work enthusiasm, to realize hospital and individual common development, to achieve the win-win solution.
