Chinese traditional Otolaryngology is an ancient and new science.Although the diseases of Otorhinolaryngology had been recorded more than two thousand years ago, traditional Chinese medicine only had throat, never to otolaryngology form an independent discipline before the70’s of the twentieth Century. In order to explore the TCM treasure, inherit and carry forward TCM academic experience of the old doctors, promote the development of the ENT subject and clinical documents detailed characteristics of the old TCM doctors, we collect and summarize the academic ideas and clinical experience of ENT Professor Zhu Xiangcheng.Zhejiang ENT department Professor Zhu Xiangcheng in50years of clinical experience,it has good effects in treating ENT diseases with his solid foundation and the theory of TCM. In this research, the division of the pro card at any time on the professor Zhu clinical cases and experience were widely collected through the basic theory, clinical literature, documenting his academic thought, method of differentiation, treatment characteristics, and concludes Professor Zhu treatment of ENT diseases academic experience. The full text is divided into three parts:the first part mainly introduces professor Zhu Xiangcheng’s academic thought formation;the second part is a summary of Professor Zhu Xiangcheng’s academic thought, to ENT diseases of main and collateral channels,"four whole viscera syndrome differentiation of TCM therapy" and throat blow medicine research three aspects carries on the analysis; the third part is the clinical experience, mainly expounds the diagnosis and clinical treatment of the original ideas about chronic pharyngitis, chronic sinusitis, tinnitus and deafness disease.
