Objective:By researched and analyzed the data of medical radiation workers occupationalhealth examination in Changshu City from2004to2012, to understand occupationalhealth situation of radiation workers. Provide the basis for future development andimplementation of radiation protection program management agency.Methods:To collect and gather the occupational health medical examination of1563radiation workers in Changshu City for nine consecutive years, including eye lens,electrocardiogram, blood routine examination, liver function, chromosomal andmicronucleus. The data import Excel spreadsheet and create a database to analyze.Results:1. Eye lens and ECG The rate of eye lens is significantly increased with length ofservice who working more than15years, it was significantly higher than the controlgroup!P<0.05". The abnormality of ECG on Medical radiation workers was nosignificant difference between the normal population.2. Haematological index WBC was significantly lower than the control group in2004-2006years!P<0.05"; The abnormality rate of Hb was higher than WBC and PLT.The abnormality rate of PLT was significantly decreased from2006.ALT and AST:Different radiation seniority group compared with the control group, there was nostatistically significant difference.3. Chromosome The abnormality rate of chromosome was significantly higherthan the control group in2004!P<0.05"; The abnormality rate of micronucleus wassignificantly higher than the control group in20042005and2009years.Conclusions: 1. In recent10years, the occupation health condition overall of medical radiationworkers is good in Changshu City.2. Medical ionizing radiation has some impact on the health of radiation workers.3. The rate of eye lens and chromosomal abnormalities is significantly increasedwith length of service who working more than15years, showing the cumulative effect.
