| Objective To study the influnce of systematic nursing interventionto rehabilitation of hip joint ADL after THAMethods108cases after THA were choosed and randomlydivided into two subgroup: intervention group and control group.Intervention group accepted the systematic nursing intervention:including the rehabilitation around THA operation, community hospitaland family member rehabilitation. Control group accepted normallynursing around THA operation and didnot accept the rehabilitationexercise of hip. We recorded the scores of Harris and ADL from twosubgroups at preoperative and postoperative at1,3,6months after THA,meanswhile recorded the drainage, wound healing, time of postoperativeambulation. Using the SPSS17.0software, mean score were expressedby(x s), t test were made between subgroups for metrology data, categorical data was analyzed by X test. P<0.05showed the statisticdifference between the subgroups.Result There was no statistic difference of Harris and ADL scoresbetween two subgroups preoperatively(P>0.05). There was statisticdifference of Harris score at1,3months postoperatively between twosubgroups(P<0.05). There was no statistic difference of Harris scoresat6months postoperatively between two subgroups(P>0.05), Therewas no statistic difference of ADL scores between two subgroups at1,6months postoperatively between two subgroup(sP>0.05), while as therewas statistic difference of ADL scores between two subgroups at3months postoperatively between two subgroups(P<0.05). There was nostatistic difference at the drainage of hip and wound healing between two subgroups postoperatively(P>0.05), there was statistic difference oftime postoperative ambulation between two subgroups at3monthspostoperatively between two subgroups(P<0.05).Conclusion Early systematic rehabilitation after THA promotedthe recovery of hip joint and elevated the living capability. Systematicnursing intervention could accelarate rehabilitation of hip joint and ADLafter THA. |
