Clinical Research And Experimental Investigation Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Through High Enema And Abdominal Hot Compress On Chronic Functional Constipation

Objective: Observe Chinese medicine colon high enema combinedtraditional Chinese medicine (TCM) on relieving runchang soup outside ironfor the treatment of chronic functional constipation and constipation inpatients with abdominal the curative effect of SD rats.Method: In clinical research, collected60cases of chronic functionalconstipation patients, randomly divided into treatment group (traditionalChinese medicine (TCM) on relieving runchang decoction high enemacombined traditional Chinese medicine abdominal iron), control group1(maren pills high enema group) and control group2(colon hydrotherapygroup). Treatment group patients with colon instrument made by generalrelieving runchang soup medicinal broth (fry) since the200ml to transversecolon, for traditional Chinese medicine abdominal outside pressed at the sametime,3times a day, every time15to30min. Control group1patients withcolon therapy apparatus by pumping maren pills medicinal broth (fry) sincethe200ml to transverse colon. The control group2patients with colonhydrotherapy. For two courses of treatment time,14days for a period oftreatment and rest after7days and then to the second course of treatment.Observe three groups before and after the treatment function of the change ofsymptom integral and rectum, rectum feel the change of volume, RAIR,withdrawal symptoms integral and the recurrence rate after march. In animalexperiments, adopting the SD rat experiments, using compound diphenoxylate copy constipation model in rats, treated rats constipation modelreplication after success, to traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) on relievingrunchang decoction enema combined traditional Chinese medicine abdominaliron, high maren pills high enema and colon hydrotherapy, observe theconstipation SD rats before and after treatment of the first black dischargetime defecate grain number,24h,24h weight changes.Result: In clinical studies, treatment group total effective rate was84.2%,control group1, the total effective rate was68.4%, control group2totaleffective rate was72.2%. Treatment between the three groups had significant differenceafter march symptoms integral, the recurrence rate of10.53%,21.05%and27.78%respectively.
