Objective:To observe xuebijing-injection for locally advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) effect of immune function in patients with blood stasis. Methods:Selection of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome of blood stasis40patients with stage of IIIa~IV, randomly assigned into control group and treatment group,20cases in each gro-up. Plan to GP chemotherapy in both groups, the treatment group in the control group on the basis of xuebij ing-injection, each50ml, Bid, it began to use chemotherapy1each chemother-apy cycle, ten days, a total of2cycles. Two groups of patients, respectively, in the first cycle before starting treatment.1day,1day after the end of the second cycle treatment blood, the d-etermination of1CD3, CD4, CD8and CD4/CD8, CD19, CD4CD25, NK, TCM syndrome i-ntegral, KPS score, toxic and side reaction of chemotherapy, etc. All data using SPSS13.0pr-ocessing, were analyzed.Results:1. Immune indexes:The treatment group and control group before treatment immune in-dex comparison, there was no statistically significant difference between the groups (P>0.05), no difference sample data. In the two groups after treatment, the group comparison, CD3, CD4, CD8and CD4/CD8, CD4CD25average is reduced, interclass difference was sta-tistically significant (P<0.05), but the CD19average and NK has no obvious change;compar-ison between groups, CD3, CD4, CD8and CD4/CD8, CD19, and there was no statistically significant difference between the NK group (P>0.05), CD4CD25differences between grou-ps was statistically significant (P<0.05), and the treatment group decreased more obvious.2. Integral of syndromes and symptoms improve the situation:The control group and tre-atment group of symptoms and TCM syndrome integral period in comparison, difference bet-ween groups was statistically significant (P<0.05), two groups all can improve symptoms,an-d the treatment group is better than that of control group (P<0.05).3. KPS score:the treatment group KPS score a total period of75%, control group total period was50%, the comparison between groups, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). The treatment group is better than the control group.4. Adverse reaction of chemotherapy:two groups in nausea, vomiting, fatigue,constip-ation, decreased the incidence of hemoglobin, comparison between groups, statistically signi-ficant difference (P<0.05), while in the white blood cells decline, thrombocytopenia,creatin-ine, and aspects of transaminase eleations, there was no statistically significant difference bet-ween groups (P>0.05).Research conclusions:Xuebijing-injection applied in locally advanced NSCLC (blood stasis) patients, can sign-ificantly reduce the TCM syndrome integral, improve the clinical symptoms and KPS score, the immune function of patients with improved significantly, especially lower CD4CD25lev-els. In addition, the xuebijing-injection has no obvious adverse reaction, and the clinical medi-cation safety, can be used for locally advanced NSCLC (blood stasis) patients adjuvant chem-otherapy.
