Research Of Compatible Regularity Of Chinese Patent Medicines Of Coronary Heart Disease Based On The State Intellectual Property Office

ObjectiveTo study the compatible regularity of Chinese patent medicines of coronary heart disease(CHD).MethodThe pertinent literature of Chinese patent medicines based on the State Intellectual Property Officeof the people’s Republic of China during the year2004-2014was entered into Microsoft Excle2010Form with the method of two-individuals-two-computers to control the difference less than3%,and was analysed with the method of frequency counting.ResultThe most commonly used single herbs in Chinese patent medicines of CHD are salvia(53.88%), ligusticum wallichii(Lw)(38.60%), pseudo-ginseng(Pg)(34.84%), astragalus(30.82%), carthamus tinctorious(Ct)(25.31%), angelica sinensis(As)(23.81%). The most commonly used couplet herbs are salvia—Lw(27.07%), salvia—astragalus(21.80%), salvia—Pg(21.55%), salvia—Ct(17.54%) and Lw—astragalus(17.29%). The most commonly used triangle herbs are salvia—Lw—astragalus(12.78%),salvia—Lw—Ct(12.28%),salvia—Lw—Pg(11.28%),salvia—Lw—As(11.28%) and Lw—astragalus—As(9.77%).ConclusionThere are regularities about compatibility of Chinese patent medicines of CHD. This research suggests that we can provide more evidence for the development of new and efficient Chinese patent medicines, based on further researches about the treatments, single herbs, couplet herbs and triangle herbs mentioned above.
