Acupuncture Ganglion And Nerve Trentment The Clinical Effect Of The Trentment Of Primary Trigeminal Neuralgia

Objective:through the observation of acupuncture ganglion, nerve hole the clinical curative effect of treating primary trigeminal neuralgia, and explore the acupuncture therapy of primary trigeminal neuralgia with a needle method is more effective and worth popularization.Methods:60cases included in the standard of primary trigeminal neuralgia with order according to the clinic were randomly divided into treatment group and control group30cases each. The treatment group treated by acupuncture ganglion, neural hole; The control group using conventional acupuncture treatment (see the second edition of acupuncture) in the new century. Two groups of patients are the daily acupuncture, with30minutes each time, six times for a period of treatment, the course of a day off, a total of3weeks of treatment, treatment after three course of blurred vision based on index score (VAS) and curative effect evaluation standard for statistical analysis.Results:two groups of patients before treatment in gender, age, duration, and degree of pain and the distribution of general data comparison, there was no statistically significant difference (P>0.05), two groups of patients after two courses of treatment, treatment group total effectiveness93.32%, better than86.67%in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:two methods of acupuncture has good curative effect on treating primary trigeminal neuralgia, can obviously improve the patient’s clinical symptoms, but acupuncture ganglion, nerve therapy of primary trigeminal neuralgia overall curative effect is more significant than the conventional acupuncture.
