Objective:Enteral immunonutrition was used on esophageal cancer patients to evaluate the influence on chemotherapy-induced spleen deficiency syndrome, Blood Toxicity, Immune Function.Methods:60cases of esophageal cancer chemotherapy patients were randomly divided into blank control group, enteral immunonutrition group and Chinese medicine group. The changes of spleen deficiency syndrome scores, nutritional status and T lymphocyte subsets after treatment in each group were evaluated. Statistics patients symptoms, tongue, pulse respectively in3,6,9,14,21days after chemotherapy and before chemotherapy, quantification of spleen deficiency syndrome integral according to dialectical dialectical. Before chemotherapy, after chemotherapy respectively in7,14,21days to detect the patients blood, serum albumin, prealbumin, transferrin, T cell subsets, the observation of the dynamic changes of the index.Results. Spleen deficiency syndrome scores were all increased in three groups, with significantly enhanced in blank control group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference between enteral immunonutrition group and Chinese medicine group(P>0.05). Blood toxicity: compared with other two groups, enteral immunonutrition can reduce the incidence of blood toxicity, show significantly differences with blank control group(P<0.05). Nutritional status: Serum albumin level before and after chemotherapy change slightly, but no significant difference (P>0.05); Compared with the levels before chemotherapy, serum prealbumin and transferrin were significantly decreased in all3groups on the7th day after chemotherapy(P<0.05), while enteral immunonutrition group was significantly increased(P<0.05) than other groups on14th and21th days. T lymphocyte subsets:After chemotherapy, T helper cells(CD4) and ratio of CD44, CD8+(CD4+/CD8+) were significantly decreased in blank control group (P<0.05), on the contrary, CD4+and CD4+/CD8+were significantly increased in other two groups(P<0.05).Conclusions:Antineoplastic chemotherapy could influence the syndromes of traditional Chinese Medicine, cause or exacerbate spleen deficiency syndrome in patients with esophageal cancer. Enteral immunonutrition could relieve symptoms of spleen deficiency syndrome, reduce the incidence of hematologic toxicity, improve the nutritional status and enhance immunity of patients, improve the curative effect of combined therapy of tumor.
