Efficacy Comparison Between Proximal Femoral Nail Anti-rotation And InterTan In Treating Intertrochanter Fracture Of Femur

Objective：through the retrospective analysis of intertrochanteric fracture of thesurgical effect and the prognosis of patients with case，comparison with PFNAInterTan system efficacy in the treatment of intertrochanteric fractures and theirrespective advantages，for the treatment of intertrochanteric fracture summarizedclinical experience，for patients with intertrochanteric fracture operation methodchoice.Methods：between January2012and December2013jilin university fellowshiphospital orthopedic using PFNA and InterTan system between China and Japan in thetreatment of intertrochanteric fracture of60patients were analyzed retrospectively，including PFNA group of34cases，InterTan system group of26cases，recordbetween groups of indicators such as operation time，blood loss，length of incision，indexes such as flow rate，length of hospital stay，postoperative clinical healing time，Harris score and the incidence of complications. SPSS21.0is used to analyze the data.Results：①PFNA group and InterTan system gender distribution，age，cause ofinjury，and no statistically significant differences of fracture classification;②PFNAgroup and InterTan system operation time，intraoperative blood loss，postoperative ledtraffic were121.38±50.68and160.88±55.69，119.12±43.03and250.71±49.81and49.85±42.22and125.38±44.38，the comparison between the two groups，P<0.05，the difference was statistically significant.③in the two groups in incisionlength，length of hospital stay，fracture clinical healing time and the Harris score incomparison，P>0.05，there was no statistically significant difference. Conclusion：①Compared with InterTan system，PFNA has a relatively simpleoperation，shorter operative time，less blood loss advantages.②PFNA clinicalefficacy of systemic treatment with InterTan intertrochanteric femoral fractures have abetter rational design of the two systems，each with advantages.
