| Objective: Applying the ultrasound shear wave technology to detectthe kidney cortex of63patients with the chronic kidney disease indifferent degree, and to contrast analysis the results with the data ofclinical manifestation and staging of disease and renal function test of thepatients. The aim of that is To explore the clinical value of ultrasoundshear wave technology in diagnosing chronic kidney disease and staging,and to build up study data of applying ultrasound shear wave technologyto diagnose kidney disease.Methods: In this study, there are two group objects, one including63patients(33male,30female) with the chronic kidney disease whowere hospitalized in our hospital from October2012to February2014,another including30health aduls for comparison. The diagnostic criteriarefers that the glomerular filtration rate (GFR) is <60ml/min,per1.73m2,and continued for more than three months with any reason causing kidneydamage or the decreasing kidney function. The all study objects wereexamined with two-dimensional ultrasound and color Doppler ultrasounddnd ultrasound shear wave in left kidney. The date of ultrasoundexamination and laboratory test of the study objects were compared andanalyzed.Results:63patients of the chronic kidney disease(CKD)had beendivided CKD1stage(16cases),CKD2stage(13cases), CKD3stage(11cases), CKD4stage(10cases), CKD5stage(13cases)。The VTQvalues by ultrasound shear wave: the patients of CKD1stage is 2.46±0.34;CKD2stage2.30±0.48; CKD3stage2.06±0.27;CKD4stage1.86±0.52;CKD5stage1.08±0.36;group of health adults3.04±0.23。The VTQ values of group of health adults is>of all stage of CKDgroup(P<0.001), and of CKD1stage>of CKD3stage,>of CKD4stage,>of CKD5stage (P<0.05).The difference of VTQ values of CKD1stage compares with CKD2stage, CKD2stage with CKD3stage, CKD3stage with CKD4stage, is P>0.05.Conclusion:1. The VTQ values of group of chronic kidney diseaseare less than of group of health adults. The ultrasound VTQ technologyhas important clinical value for diagnosing the chronic kidney disease.We judge2.67as the critical point of VTQ values in diagnosing chronickidney disease, and it can provide reference for clinical diagnosis.2.Ultrasound VTQ values have certain clinical significance in diagnosingthe early staging of chronic kidney disease.3.The VTQ values and serumcreatinine, blood urea nitrogen of patients with chronic kidney diseasewere negatively correlated.We can judge the renal function of patientswith chronic kidney disease according to the VTQ value. |
