A Research Of A Harmonious Way Of The Doctor-patient Relatiionship

Along with the development of the biomedical model, in enthusiasticpursuit and belief in science of medicine, medical staff’s disregard forprofessional ethics, the ideas of the humanities view and pursue the value ofmoney and developing of traditional Chinese medicine "nature and humanity","benevolence gentle","big d sincere thoughts of" demand and the demand forChinese Confucian traditional culture spirit of collision, cause a lot ofdoctor-patient conflict, the doctor-patient relationship and even into the mess ofno specification, no order.The study of doctor-patient interpersonalcommunication path has become one of the most hotly debated topics in recentyears.Medical division and refinement, social background,which make thedoctor-patient relationship deep in a more awkward position.This main kind ofembarrassment in the nature of the doctor-patient relationship positioningproblem is that scholars have different point of views, some think that is thenature of the economy, some considered legal nature, some considered ethicalnature, some considered psychological nature, some considered the social andcultural nature.In my mind,doctor-patient interpersonal communication path is a kind of communicative actions which exsits in the medical environment as thebackground. In the medical environment, doctor and patient each plays adifferent role, and the role behavior whether is legitimate or not becomes the keyto the process of doctor-patient communication smoothly or not.However, it isworth noting that,in a certain extent,the medical environment is healthy or notalso affects the results of the doctor-patient relationship.Therefore, thedoctor-patient relationship can be understood as Doctor-patient role interactionbehavior in the medical environment.The doctor-patient interpersonal communication path actually is theintegration of the whole process of doctor-patient relationship.According to thepatients’ way of thinking,the doctor-patient interpersonal communication pathcan be divided into four parts:the selection process to the hospital and doctorbefore seeing a doctor;the goal of both doctor and patient and the search processto this target;the communication behavior in the consultation process;theresults and the feedback after the diagnosis and treatment.And in the process ofdoctor-patient interpersonal communication path, it is easy to cause thedoctor-patient interpersonal obstacles.The doctor-patient conflict which wascaused by the doctor-patient communication barriers is not without a trace,ingeneral,its process can be divided into four steps:Phase1: a potential hostile(mainly displays in three parts:communication, medical structure and individualdifferences);Phase2: drop in a conflict environment suddenly;Phase3:Conflicting parties’ behavior;Phase4:results.Understand the doctor-patientconflict process which was caused by the doctor-patient interpersonaldisorders,Clear up the doctor-patient conflicts’ performance,discuss the causefrom developing into the hospital to formal clinical stage,relationship stage,afterthe diagnosis and treatment stage in detail,analysis the doctor’s and patient’s psychological and behavior in conflict,in order to find the corresponding copingstrategies.In my opinion,conflict is inevitable,when we were face a conflict thingwhich was caused by the doctor-patient interpersonal communicationobstacles,crisis management mechanism can be considered as a long-termeffective and extensive safety strategy.The doctor-patient interpersonal communication problem,as one of themost popular discussion topics to relieve the strain on the doctor-patientinterpersonal communication,its scape is very broad.In the pursuit on the path ofdoctor-patient interpersonal communication,I apply many subjects in thispaper,such as organizational behavior,psychology, management,economics,management of synergetics,and so on,to decompose and associate thedoctor-patient interpersonal communication path,in order to find a new way toease the doctor-patient relationship,to shape a better patient behavior,to towardsa more clear doctor-patient future.
