China’s economy is developing rapidly in recent years.However,in the process of deepening reform,all kinds of contradictions and problems continue to appear.As one of the most complex social conflicts,the doctor-patient conflict has affected the development of China’s medical and health services a lot,and it’s influencing the living standards of residents,that’s why it has been widely concerned by the whole society.In case of this situation,this paper chooses Urumqi J hospital as an example and do further research of the doctor-patient contradiction,and try to focus on the features and find the causes,in order to find the corresponding solutions.This paper takes J hospital in Urumqi as the research object,is combined with social conflict theory,crisis management theory and role theory,uses questionnaire,case analysis and literature research as study method.There were 338 questionnaires distributed and 323 questionnaires returned.175 questionnaires were distributed to staff in J hospital,165 questionnaires were returned.All of them were valid.163 questionnaires were distributed to patients and 158 questionnaires were returned,of which 155 were valid.The recovery rate was 97%,and the effective rate was 98%.After analyzing the questionnaire and typical cases,it is found that J hospital have problems on management mechanism,personnel service and treatment process.The main reasons for the doctor-patient conflict in J hospital include the lack of empathy between doctors and patients,insufficient communication,imperfect hospital management mechanism,insufficient quality of medical education and imperfect medical policies and systems.Combined with the actual situation of J hospital,this paper puts forward the solution strategies from four aspects: improving the laws,regulations and medical security system,improving the hospital hardware and software facilities and service process,strengthening the doctor-patient communication,correcting the concept of treatment,and improving the quality of medical education.Not only to resolve the doctor-patient conflict in J hospital,but also provide reference for the harmonious development of the doctor-patient relationship in our country. |
