Objective:Probe into the clinical features of Hashimoto’s thyroiditis associated with PTC by analyse group A (Pure thyroid papillary carcinoma)and group B (HT associated with PTC), to provide a theoretical basis for the prevention clinical diagnosis and treatment of Hashimoto’s thyroiditis associated with PTC.Methods:Collect100cases of patients who need a surgical therapy in our Hospital from January2012to December2013. Randomly selected20cases of pathological diagnosis of pure papillary thyroid carcinoma (PTC) patients (as group A) and20cases of papillary thyroid carcinoma combined with Hashimoto’s thyroiditis(HT) patients (as group B) as the research object of this paper.Combined analysis of two cases related literature data, compare the positive rate of thyroglobulin antibody (TGAb) and, age of onset, the incidence of gender, tumor nodule size, preoperative TSH levels, preoperative TG levels, postoperative TG levels, central lymph nodes (central lymphnode, CLN) metastasis rate and other differences. Conclusion:①There is no significant differences in age of onset of the two groups(P>0.05). Indicate that age may not be the identification of these two kinds of diseases.②There is no significant differences in gender of the two groups(P>0.05). Indicate that gender may not be the identification of these two kinds of diseases.③The tumor size of group A is greater than that in group B,(P<0.05) says that HT may be a limiting factor in the development of tumor nodules of pure papillary thyroid carcinoma(P<0.05).④Group A is lower than group B in preperative TSH level, it is statistically significant(P<0.05)., indicate that TSH levels can be used to distinguish PTC and PTC&HT.⑤Both of the teams have no significant differences in preperative TG levels (P>0.05), indicate that it cannot be used to distinguish PTC from PTC&HT.While there is a significant difference in postoperative TG level (P<0.05), says that postoperative TG level can be used to evaluate the therapeutic effect.⑥Group A is lower than group B in preperative TGAb positive rate (p=0.000), indicate that preperative TGAb positive rate can be used to confirm the diagnosis HT associated with PTC.⑦CLN metastasis of group A is higher than group B, illustrate that HT may have a relationship with the CLN metastasis rate. |
