Objective: Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) is a common female ovulation disorders, clinicalmanifestations of oligomenorrhea, infertility, hirsutism, obesity, etc.. so far the cause unknown, theclinical therapeutic effect of poor. (1)The average expression of Cx43in PCOSgroup and normal control group was (98.19±6.51) and (149.59±9.25), respectively, and there was a significant difference between themby immunohistochemical (P <0.05).The average expression of Cx43in PCOS rat s andCompound Ganshao patch group was (98.19±6.51) and (144.28±4.72), respectively, andthere was no significant difference by immunohistochemical (P>0.05).(P <0.05).The averageexpression of Cx43in Diane-35group and Compound Ganshao patch group was (143.79±9.81)and (144.28±4.72), respectively, no significant difference by immunohistochemical (P>0.05).(2)The average expression of GATA-4in normal control group and PCOS rat s was (129.37±9.99) and (162.91±9.38), respectively, and there was a significant difference between them by immunohistochemical (P <0.05).The average expression of GATA-4in PCOS rat sand Compound Ganshao patch group was (162.91±9.38) and (115.13±7.04), respectively, andt here was a significant difference between t hem by immunohistochemical (P <0.05).compaired with The expression of GATA-4(112.37±7.90)by Diane-35and CompoundGanshao patch group (115.13±7.04), the level of GATA-4was was higher,the others were notchanged by immunohistochemical (P>0.05).(1)The average expression of Cx43in PCOS rat s and normal control group was(0.66±0.15) and (0.86±0.10), respectively, and there was a significant difference between them by Westernblotting.(P <0.05).The average expression of Cx43in PCOSgroup andCompound Ganshao patch group was (0.66±0.15) and (0.86±0.10), respectively, and therewas a significant difference between them by Westernblotting.(P <0.05).The averageexpression of Cx43in Diane-35group and Compound Ganshao patch group was (0.88±0.12)and (0.86±0.10), respectively, no significant difference by Westernblotting.(P>0.05).(2)The average expression of GATA-4in normal control group and PCOSgroup was(0.90±0.10) and (1.64±0.16), respectively, and there was a significant difference between them by Westernblotting.(P <0.05).The average expression of GATA-4in PCOS rat s andCompound Ganshao patch group was(1.64±0.16) and (1.00±0.09), respectively, and therewas a significant difference between them by Westernblotting.(P <0.05).compaired with Theexpression of GATA-4(1.15±0.32)by Diane-35and Compound Ganshao patch group (1.00±0.09), the level of GATA-4was was lower,the others were not changed by Westernblotting.(P>0.05).Conclusion: The development of PCOS may be closely related to the decreasing ofCx43and increasing of GATA-4in the ovary.the results indicate that the expression of Cx43inthe Compound of Ganshao patches was significantly higher than the PCOS rat. This studysuggests that the expression of GATA-4in the Compound of Ganshao patches was significantlylower than the PCOS rat.The suggesting that the levels of Cx43and GATA-4may be regulated via, improvement of follicular development, inhibition of apoptosis and play a therapeutic role.
