Observe The Clinical Effects Of Traditional Chinese Combine With Wetern Medicine In Treating Of Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome Caused Infertility Of Kidney Deficiency And Liver Depression Syndrome

Objective：To observe the clinical curative effects of the Bushentiaojing Soup with theauricular acupressure with letrozole in treating of polycystic ovarian syndrome causedinfertility of kidney deficiency and liver depression syndrome，to explore its possiblemechanism.Methods：Selected60patients of the polycystic ovarian syndrome caused infertility ofkidney deficiency and liver depression syndrome from gynecological outpatientdiagnosis and divided them into two groups,the treatment group and the controlgroup,each group had30cases. The treatment group given Bushentiaojing Soup withthe auricular acupressure with letrozole to treatment,The control group given letrozoleto oral, continuous treatment of three menstrual cycles. Observed the improvement ofTCM symptoms of the two groups before and after treatment,the cycle ovulationrate,the pregnancy rate,the early abortion rate,and the reduction of LH/FSH,T.Results：1.After the three menstrual cycles,the total effective rate of the treatment group and thecontrol group were86.67%,63.33%, there was a significant difference between the twogroups(P＜0.01).the treatment group was better than the control group in totaleffectiveness. The total effective rate of TCM syndromes of the two groups were90.00%,66.67%,and there were significant difference between them by the statisticalanalysis(P<0.01), the treatment group was better than the control group in total effectiveof TCM syndrome.We can from the comparison of TCM syndrome and the mainsymptoms of TCM find that with the extension of treatment cycle,the two groups ofintegral declined mor（eP＜0.05或P＜0.01）,and the treatment group was better than thecontrol group in the improvement of TCM integral（P＜0.05或P＜0.01）.2.The cycle ovulation rate of the treatment group was73.17%, The cycle ovulation rate of the control group was73.17%, there was a significant difference between the twogroups（P＜0.01）. The pregnancy rate of the treatment group was50.00%, Thepregnancy rate of the control group was23.33%, there was a significant differencebetween the two groups（P＜0.05）.The early abortion rate of the treatment group thecontrol group were was13.33%,28.57%,there was no significant difference between thetwo groups（P＞0.05）.3.After the three menstrual cycles, The value of serum LH/FSH of the twogroups,patients who were not pregnancy reduced after treatment(P＜0.01), and therewere significant differences between the two groups(P＜0.05). The value of serum Tofthe treatment group reduced after treatment(P＜0.01),But there was no significantdifferences between beforer treatment and after treatment for the control group (P＞0.05）.Conclusion：Bushentiaojing Soup with the auricular acupressure with letrozole hadsatisfactory clinical effects on the polycystic ovarian syndrome caused infertility ofkidney deficiency and liver depression syndrome. It can improve the TCM syndromeobviously,increase cycle ovulation rate, increase the pregnancy rate,reduce the value ofserum LH/FSH and T. The research suggests that Bushentiaojing Soup with theauricular acupressure with letrozol was an effective method in treating polycysticovarian syndrome caused infertility of kidney deficiency and liver depressionsyndrome,it may through lower the levels of LH,FSH ratio and T value,improve theendocrine environment and play a role of clinical treatment.
